Why we collect it
Your date of birth and ID/passport number are required under current Thai regulations to verify that only customers aged 20 or over can purchase cannabis products. Your other details are used solely to process, confirm, and deliver your order.
How we protect it
Your information is kept strictly confidential and is used only by Jintana Farm to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party, except where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as necessary to complete your order and to satisfy legal and record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
